Our experience was a top-notch experience from start to finish! From the time we decided to list our home, April was attentive to every detail and helped us get dialed in with a thorough checklist to ensure our home showed its absolute best! We can't thank her enough for the way she ensured our home shined from top to bottom. We also appreciated her thoughtfulness in the scheduling of showings, we have an almost one year old and two pups, so April made sure to schedule showings one after the other to make sure we weren't totally inconvenienced being out of the house. April was nothing short of incredible during the entire process. She knew all the options at every step and had an in-depth analysis of the pro's and con's of each. She was lightning in her ability to organize many different moving parts and get everything synchronized perfectly: the house had multiple offers after the first day, due to her pre-listing marketing efforts and escrow closed in 30 days with ZERO hiccups and more than we originally asked for. It's honestly hard to believe and equally as difficult to articulate just how impressed I am with April's work. Most impressively, though, is that April actually helped out in getting the property prepared for listing. Like, actually assisted in tasks that only the seller should be expected to carry out. Her attention to detail, ready solutions, complete ownership of issues and ability to execute made an outsized impact on the efficiency of the process.
